We are not real estate agents. We are a service to assist the many overseas folk who wish to have a lifestyle retreat, or a secure outdoor sanctuary in a paradise called New Zealand. Our service works with you to determine your exact requirements and then locates a choice of options to meet your desired wishes. We will assist in the purchase, oversee any development and can then manage the on going maintenance and security of the property - we are your people in New Zealand. Being from northern South Island we know this area best but our passion for the New Zealand outdoor lifestyle means we have a great understanding of the whole of the country and are very happy to explore options throughout our beautiful land. We are honest and reliable, professional and thoughtful of the needs of others!

What We Offer |

Our process is threefold. Firstly please fill in our registration questionnaire.
1] On receipt of your questionnaire we will prepare a further document broadly detailing possible options/areas that could be of interest to you.
This will be sent to you via email.
2] Included with the possible properties/areas of interest will be details on how we can assist, what we can offer and what the on going costs will be.
3] If you wish to proceed further, we will provide a contract with the agreed services, options and costs involved.

Our Process |

Once we understand your requirements we provide a selection of ideal properties specific to your brief. We assist with purchase, legal issues and all associated issues. We will arrange any additional requirements to the property. If required, we provide an ongoing management/maintenance service.
